Compatible with my iPod Classic 160gb, haven't tried in other models but at least this means it works with the classic line. Easy installation, it didn't take me that much time to install "Sony XA120IP", the wire is quite long enough to reach the glove compartment. It gives a really good sound quality, if you can put the songs in a higher bit rate it would be better since it delivers better "sound quality".

Slightly better than their previous model in that it doesn't have all the myriad problems of the first one. It barely achieves what it is supposed to. Does absolutely nothing more. I hooked this to a XAV-W1, and it worked. I wish Sony tried a little harder with their overall approach to interfacing with iPods.
These "adapters" are just another way to zing you for more cash. If you pay more than $60, you're getting shanked.

This was put in my Ranger 620vs, works great, put the I-pod connection into the glove box so it stays nice and dry. Can control the ipod with the sony radio's remote now and it charges it.
